Group Coaching for Real Estate Operations Professionals
Starting in October, Group Coaching will include SIX one hour calls per month. Clients may participate in one call or ALL calls depending on their schedules and needs. Tuesday calls are led by Coach Elizabeth Gilbert, the founder of our Group Coaching Program. Thursday calls are led by Coach Kelli Turco, who we are thrilled to welcome to the team.

WHO joins us is something we don’t take lightly. We have been purposeful in hiring slowly because the intimate relationship clients have with their coaches is SO important. This isn’t just about business.
Christy, Sheila and Bill have been with us since 2015. Stephanie Brackett joined us in 2017, Elizabeth Gilbert in 2018, Hannah Perkey in 2019, Jessica Hubbard in 2020, Ellenmarie Foga in 2021. Our official interview process takes many months, sometimes years. And the more important “unofficial interview” happens beforehand.
Anyone who joins our team must have a passion for helping others, brains like steel traps, and hearts that trump all. So we observe how they give back, how they lead their teams and whether they have demonstrated success and commitment to models, whether they pour into others (with no other intent except to help), whether they seek growth constantly, how they conduct themselves during challenging times, and whether they are seasoned, well respected and humble.
Our team and business has grown slowly and surely, and only when the exact right people step up to raise their hands. Those of you who coach with us know we are OBSESSED with ensuring our clients have the exact right coach for YOU. And unlike any other company, our coaches average more than 13 years of real estate operations.

In addition to alignment, each coach also brings something so different to the table in terms of skills and background. And it’s with all of this in mind that I’m absolutely THRILLED to make this announcement.
Please welcome Kelli Turco as a Group Coach with Ops Boss® Coaching!
Kelli is a Group Coach with Ops Boss® Coaching and the Director of Operations for the Bell Henderson Team in Tampa, FL. She has played a key leadership role in growing the team from just under $50M to being on track to close $100M in closed volume for 2021. A key component of her success has been the ability to identify who, what, and when to leverage in the business. She is passionate about goal setting and working off a plan in order to achieve the goal, whether it be in businesses or in her personal life, and she loves empowering others to do the same.
Kelli graduated from the University of South Florida in 2002 where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She developed a love for analyzing businesses in her role as a Financial Analyst of a large publicly traded company. Her career path transitioned into to real estate in 2009 as the owner of a short sale negotiation company and she began building a real estate team. She has always been the “wizard behind the curtain” analyzing financials, building systems scalable for growth, and ensuring processes are running smoothly.
She joined the Bell Henderson Team as the DOO in 2017. This transition from Entrepreneur to Intrapreneur gives her valuable insight into bridging the gap between the rainmaker and operations side of the business. She understands the importance of creating a true partnership between the lead agent and their assistants and what it takes to create a long-lasting relationship.
Kelli grew up and lived in Tampa nearly her entire life before relocating to Colorado in 2021 with her fiancé Anthony, where she now leads the team remotely.
