Sara Hester-Smith, also known as "Hester," is an Ops Boss®️ Coach & Trainer and Director of Operations for the Spencer Team in the Outer Banks. With exceptional adaptability and a knack for connecting with people of all ages and personalities, she excels in individualized training and goal achievement. Her versatile communication skills enable her to navigate various situations, whether it's providing training, building professional relationships, or implementing scalable systems to solve challenges.
Hester joined forces with the ownership group that established Keller Williams Outer Banks in 2018. Since launching, their unwavering efforts propelled them to become the area's top firm in agent count and sales volume. Simultaneously, Hester worked alongside her rainmaker, to build a team from the ground up. Their team now consists of six producing agents and two administrative professionals, consistently ranking in the top 10 of all agents in the Outer Banks MLS. Hester is renowned for her ability to access information and provide clarity when needed, serving as the ‘core processor’ for valuable insights. She relishes the opportunity to contribute to her colleagues' businesses and growth by providing personalized guidance, helping them access solutions, and offering training in various Market Center Roles.
Driven by a desire to continue her grandmother’s legacy, Hester values her deep ties to the community as her children represent the seventh generation on Roanoke Island. Leaving a heritage of unity and extending a helping hand to uplift others holds immense importance to her.
Hester’s passion extends to supporting new admin professionals entering the industry, as she understands the direct correlation between her own growth and the guidance, she received from those who came before her. Alongside her fiercely supportive family, including retired Coast Guard parents and a loving husband who recently obtained his real estate license, she feels blessed to have their unwavering support.
