From Vision to Reality: Shannon launched a new agent coaching program at age 25, where she recruited 50 agents and generated over $20 million in sales in the first six months.
A Legacy of Leadership: Spearheading a new agent coaching program at 25, Her talents were recognized and she was recruited to run a top Keller Williams office as team leader. Within three years, she helped grow the number of agents from 300 to more than 500, with sales volume of $1.2 billion per year.
Shannon took her vision to new heights by spreading her talents around the world. After opening 16 franchises as “Directrice des Operations” (Director of Operations) with Keller Williams France in 18 months, Shannon returned to her passion for coaching and training with her own company Rêve Coaching.
And today, serving the largest real estate agencies in the United States with more than $1.5 billion in sales volume and coaching multiple number one franchises overseas, Shannon is helping leaders change their lives worldwide.
