This is our mission at Ops Boss®️ Coaching, and 2024 has been quite the year. As I reflect on our journey, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and pride for how our team has embraced this mission. We have now donated $184,648 to charities chosen by our community. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I am proud to present the Ops Boss® Coaching 2024 IMPACT REPORT!

Our incredible team of 11 operations professionals continues to raise the bar. We pride ourselves on being Unicorns. One thing that differentiates us from most other operations coaches is our depth. With an average of 16 years of real estate operations experience—and additional skills, degrees, and certifications—our coaches & trainers bring unmatched expertise and a passion for empowering others. This dedication is why we’ve made such a profound impact—not just on businesses, but on lives.

This year, we traveled the 4 corners of the country and everywhere in between to teach, train, keynote, and facilitate. We shared our message of empowerment to teams and their Ops Bosses. We raised the bar & continued to work at changing the vernacular for “admin and assistants” to become respected real estate operations professionals & leaders (who we call Ops Bosses.) We also challenged & taught superstar salespeople how to evolve from superstar salespeople into bada%% business owners and more importantly into lifegiving leaders.

Not only did our classes & coaching raise the bar in terms of expertise and efficiency, those who implemented what they learned generated HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of dollars in Gross Commission Income for their teams.
