Aly joins us as an Ops Boss® Academy Coach and Consultant, bringing a wealth of experience and achievement from her tenure as the Director of Operations at The Kimberly Davis Group, a leading team in the North Texas/Dallas Fort Worth real estate market. Since joining in 2019, Aly has been instrumental in scaling the team’s operations, driving their volume from $31M to $57M through strategic systems and operations.
Her career trajectory in real estate operations, from a transaction coordinator to her well-deserved promotion to Director of Operations in 2023, showcases her ability to innovate and lead with impact. Aly has been pivotal in creating systems that have not only enhanced operational efficiency but have also fostered significant growth, including generating substantial sponsorship opportunities, increasing agent referrals fivefold, and exponentially scaling client appreciation events.
Beyond her professional excellence, Aly’s life is enriched with creativity, leadership, and a passion for technology. As a philanthropy chair and a recognized voice in discussions on artificial intelligence, Aly exemplifies the blend of tech-savviness and creativity, utilizing platforms like Canva and FloDesk to craft compelling narratives.
Aly and her husband Josh share a love for creativity, DIY home renovations, and hosting gatherings that bring joy to their friends and family. Their outdoorsy lifestyle and Aly’s dedication to an active routine, from boxing to yoga, mirror the balance she maintains between her professional ambitions and personal passions. She’s energetic, positive and always has a smile.
