The “Get Out of Lead Gen Free” Card.

Here’s how it works:

  • Agents commit to 4 days of lead gen. (You can change the number of days to make this work over a week, a month or a quarter.)

  • Once they hit that commitment, they earn a coupon for a “Get Out of Lead Gen Free” card.

  • Instead of skipping productivity, they trade  a day of lead gen in for a 1-hour session with the team’s marketing director.

What happens in that hour?

  • Agents sit down for an interview-style video session.
  • The marketing director prepares questions & ideas for content ahead of time—think FAQs from buyers and sellers, myth-busting, market updates, tips & tricks.
  • Agents record answers, B-roll, and quick clips.
  • The marketing director can now pop out a bank of video content ready for social, email, reels, stories… you name it.

Here’s the ripple effect:

  • Agents become more confident on camera (because they’re practicing in longer sessions).
