Ops Bosses® are the ones who get all the things done. And who get them done ON TIME. And since this announcement is ABOUT one of our Ops Bosses® at Ops Boss® Coaching, and it’s being done by ME (the Business Owner), it’s a bit overdue. (Brooke – please forgive me!)
And it’s NO less exciting!
After 10 years in admin and operations, and almost 2 years of working towards this goal – please welcome our newest Coach and Certified Trainer: Brooke Wilson!
Brooke is our Systems Boss at Ops Boss® Coaching. She’s the wizard behind the screen who creates the systems that empower our clients and coaches to reach their biggest goals. Her greatest passion is seeing the results of her work create success for those around her. In late 2023, Brooke took on the role of Group Coach and will be teaching our newest class called “Practically A Boss” which debuts January 14. She will also be taking on a small cadre of Elite 1:1 coaching clients.
You should see her face when she talks admin and operations, especially about all the geeky tips & tricks she uses to stay on top of things. She lights up like the Eiffel Tower. She’s incredibly skilled at catching all of my flying monkeys, and she’s all about empowerment, purposefullness and results.
As with our other coaches, Brooke has a deep history of boots on the ground operations success. Her career path provides unique insight into our clients’ worlds, as she has sat in most seats of a real estate team – assistant, transaction coordinator, listing manager, marketing director, even agent! She began as an entry-level Administrative Assistant to a two-agent team producing $5M. She rapidly grew, and as a Director of Operations played a key role in helping grow a full-scale business producing $60M with two locations, 10+ agents, and an operations staff. Brooke is gifted at taking a visionary’s “squirrels,” and transforming that chaos into order. She’s an incredible thought partner and is uber skilled at creating & executing action plans & systems that result in scalable growth. As an entrepreneur’s daughter who spent her childhood riding shotgun to the building and growth of multiple businesses, she feels like she has been doing this her entire life and was something she was born to do.
Brooke is passionate about growing personally and professionally so that she can show up as the best version of herself for those around her. She feels that the fast-paced and always challenging world of operations is the perfect environment to do just that. She has a contagious smile and embodies positivity & new possibles with both her words & actions. Brooke has lived in Georgia her whole life and is proudly a “small-town girl,” who isn’t afraid to Dream Big, Achieve Big, and Impact Lives. When she isn’t working behind the screen as our Operations Ninja, she loves reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her loved ones.
