Meet Kelli Sutter, Ops Boss® Coaching
Kelli Sutter is a Group Coach with Ops Boss® Coaching and the Regional Operations Manager for the Colorado Region of Keller Williams. Prior to her current position, Kelli played a key leadership role in growing a KW team in Florida from just under $50M to closing nearly $100M in volume in 2021. A key component of her success has been the ability to identify who, what, and when to leverage in the business. She is passionate about goal setting and working off a plan in order to achieve the goal, whether it be in businesses or in her personal life, and she loves empowering others to do the same.
Kelli graduated from the University of South Florida in 2002 where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She developed a love for analyzing businesses in her role as a Financial Analyst of a large publicly traded company. Her career path transitioned into to real estate in 2009 as the owner of a short sale negotiation company and she began building a real estate team. She has always been the “wizard behind the curtain” analyzing financials, building systems scalable for growth, and ensuring processes are running smoothly.
She joined the Bell Henderson Team as the DOO in 2017. This transition from Entrepreneur to Intrapreneur gave her valuable insight into bridging the gap between the rainmaker and operations side of the business. She understands the importance of creating a true partnership between the lead agent and their assistants and what it takes to create a long-lasting relationship.
Kelli moved into a new leadership role in 2022 when she took on the Regional Operations Manager position for the KW Colorado Region and is excited to lead at a new level.
Kelli grew up and lived in Tampa nearly her entire life before relocating to Colorado in 2021 with her husband, Anthony, where she is enjoying discovering a whole new outdoor environment including hiking and skiing.
